Steel structure construction industrialization focuses on researchers and professional designers
前身為始創于1996年的浙江大學建筑設計研究院童根樹鋼結構工作室，具有建筑行業（建筑工程）甲級資質，業務遍布全國，承接了眾多高層超高層建筑、大跨場館建筑、裝配式建筑等的設計及顧問咨詢工作。
在職員工100余人，其中高級職稱及以上25人、博士8人、國家一級注冊結構師14人、其他注冊類12人。團隊設計經驗豐富，從事項目類型涵蓋居住建筑、辦公建筑、綜合體、星級酒店、商業建筑、教育科研等。
秉承“規范、創新、優化、節材”理念，服務客戶包括以綠城、濱江、龍湖、萬科、保利、融創為代表的30余家國內知名房產開發企業，自主研發的隱式框架專利體系在全國20余個省市落地項目175余個。
